Refund & Cancellation

Your free trial

New Week18 Pro subscriptions from first-time subscribers start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and we email you before it does. Cancel any time during the trial and you are never charged. If you have subscribed before, a new subscription begins billing immediately (no trial).

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account — open Manage subscription, which opens the secure Stripe portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Week18 Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds

• If you're charged and change your mind, email us within 14 days of that charge for a full refund of that payment.
• After that window, payment for the current period is non-refundable except where required by law — cancel to avoid the next renewal.
• We do not pro-rate partial periods.
• Initiating a card chargeback ends Week18 Pro access immediately.
